Shanghai may be the most populated area on the planet, with properties virtually as far as the attention can easily see, but that's partly as a result of decreased visibility from pollution. It is difficult to think that lake oasis is situated within China's most industrial town. Qibao, one of the earliest cities nevertheless remaining within Shanghai, is photographed here by Nelson Ni, who perfectly caught the calm within the chaos of the city.
