The Wandering Aramean - Delta joins the celebration with $200 change expenses

Not that it should come as a surprise to everyone, but Delta has registered United Airlines and US Airways in getting $200 for improvements on non-refundable domestic US seats. The change was published on the web site today: It isnat only consumers who are kvetching in regards to the rising give attention to additional costs. Bob Crandall, former CEO of American Air companies (which hasnat matched the increase, however) and typically outspoken commentator on the industry pulled no punches when the matter came up a week ago at the Executive Travel Summit. Among the choice portions he provided up: I do believe when they count as heavily as they're now on ancillary profits the airline industry is building a fundamental error. A can't have a lengthy future when they are dedicated to hosing their customers. And: I donat think everyone in the airline industry likes dime & diming clients. They could not appreciate it, but theyare getting pretty darn great at it.
